Workshops

Workshops provide evidence-based nutrition education and practical tools.
Content is educational and not individualized medical care.
Materials (handouts, slides, recordings if offered) are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

1:1 Nutrition Counseling

Figgy offers select, limited 1:1 nutrition counseling.
Additional intake forms and consent may be required.
Services are nutrition-focused and non-medical unless explicitly stated.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is required in advance to secure registration or services.
Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If Figgy cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants will receive a refund or credit.

Figgy reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
